Training
Closer to the heart, deeper into being, living life with vigor.
The Training
The Heart Space training spans three years and consists of three modules, all of which take place in person, on site, and in direct personal contact.
Module 1 can be booked separately, without Modules 2 and 3. However, only the complete training qualifies you to work with clients using the Heart Space Method.
Who Is This Training For?
The training is designed for coaches, therapists and women who are interested in personal and spiritual development. It supports both personal growth and work with clients in areas such as:ur …
- Deepening self reflection
- Processing traumatic experiences
- Burnout prevention
- Inner and outer reorientation
Start: Weekend of September 5 and 6, 2026

Module 1 – Building a Strong Foundation: Reconnecting with Your Heart
The first year focuses on your personal process of growth and development.
Only through genuinely lived personal experience can a sound body based psychotherapeutic approach emerge. Self awareness and self reflection form the foundation for accompanying others therapeutically. The warmth of the heart creates connection and compassion.
Body awareness, embodied experience and bodywork, together with the calming of the mind through meditation, create a solid foundation within yourself and help develop a healthy sense of self. Throughout the process, we practise keeping our awareness anchored in an open and empathetic heart.
A trauma sensitive exploration of your life story, the patterns and structures that developed from it, and the unconscious repetitions that continue to play out in everyday life can open the way to making different choices about how you want to live and to developing new ways of being.
The distinction between developmental trauma and shock trauma is taken into account. We meet what is difficult within ourselves and in others with compassion.
The training introduces the foundations of depth psychology, as well as psychotherapeutic models such as character structures, theories of neurosis and personality fixations, and the psychology of the Inner Child.
As this is a women only group, particular attention will be given to experiences of female wounding, ranging from everyday humiliation to sexual abuse.
