This group brings together the experience of body psychotherapy with the wisdom of meditation, with a particular focus on women’s specific experiences and themes.
This offering is for professional women working in healing professions, such as therapists, psychologists, and coaches – as well as for women who feel a genuine inner calling to explore this work.
Places are limited: ten places for professionals and ten places for women who are curious, open, and eager to deepen their knowledge and experience.
Learning to Live in Relationship
When the World Feels Out of Balance – and You Are Searching for Your Response
Perhaps you sometimes feel as I do when you watch the news: a sense of unease comes over you, and you find yourself wondering what your contribution to this world might be – and what you can do to help it move towards a better future.
Or perhaps you feel sad and helpless when you see or sense how people treat one another – and wish for something different. Especially in close relationships, it can often seem so difficult to truly meet one another with love. Romantic relationships can feel like a path scattered with minefields.

Finding Your Own Path
What Is My Path Through All of This?
In this group, we explore these and other essential questions of life from different perspectives and develop new ways forward.
We no longer have to repeat our past. We can create a new future. By understanding, embracing, integrating, and letting go of our past, we can take a courageous step forward and consciously shape our future with love and compassion for ourselves.
35 Years of Experience in Body Psychotherapy and Meditation
Drawing on my own 35 years of experience with Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy – both as a therapist and as a trainer – I would like to pass on the pearls of this method.
For 25 years, I have also accompanied people on silent retreats in the desert, where I have had the opportunity to look deeply into the human soul.
I have come to understand that when psychology touches essential areas of human experience, it needs the wisdom of spirituality as an expansion. At the same time, anyone who follows a spiritual path will inevitably encounter the depths and darker places of their personal history – and will need therapeutic support. Bringing the two together creates a powerful and transformative combination
