An inner attunement that has nothing to do with anything external. It reveals itself through absolute concentration and stillness.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-9-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\">There is a willing without wanting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-9-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\">An intention expressed through complete alignment, while at the same time embracing total surrender. A wholehearted entrusting of myself to what is. A paradox in itself. Balancing on the fine edge of this paradox, I can feel this profound love of the heart.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-9-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\">And so I enter into a quiet attunement with the light, gathering my awareness around pure light.<br\/>\u201cThe light that has not yet entered into manifestation, and yet shines through all things. As a young woman, Bettina Specht ventured into the desert to meditate. There, she experienced a profound healing encounter with someone close to her who was 2,000 kilometres away. This became a decisive turning point in her life. The obstacles and challenges of everyday life continued to shape and deepen her journey, allowing her soul to grow and mature. Seeking to go deeper, she entered numerous retreats and eventually spent time in complete darkness. Her writings from the dark room trace a woman\u2019s path of initiation \u2014 a journey that, like traces of light, touches timeless and transcendent dimensions of existence.       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For 25 years, Bettina Specht has accompanied people on silent retreats in the Tunisian Sahara.
